- Why are there so many Russian women (with horrible attitudes) on this season of Battle of the Bods? Did the show’s casting agent show up at, like, a Russian immigration center and just round a bunch of them up? It can’t just be a coincidence. The show is filmed in LA, and I swear I’ve never seen that many tall, bitchy, heavily-accented women in my hometown before.
- Why are people buying surgical masks to protect themselves from swine flu? I assume if one is driven to buy a mask than he/she is seriously worried about the virus and believes it’s extremely dangerous/contagious. So then how could such a paranoid person be content with a flimsy paper mask?
- I rarely eat red meat. I’ve never actually had a hamburger before (crazy, I know). Why, then, am I obsessed with reading A Hamburger Today? It’s on my RSS feed via Serious Eats and I actually look forward to the updates.
- How can Berkeley expect me to graduate on May 16th and take my American Culture Landscapes final on May 20th? I mean, HONESTLY.
